Joseph David Wozencroft "Joe" Pigott (born 24 November 1993) is an English footballer who plays for Southend United on loan from Charlton Athletic. ==Career== Pigott began his career with Charlton Athletic and made his professional debut on 6 August 2013 in a 4–0 victory against Oxford United in the Football League Cup, scoring Charlton's fourth goal from the penalty spot.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23499437 )〕 Pigott made his league debut for Charlton Athletic on 31 August 2013 coming off the bench for Simon Church in the final few minutes of the team's first league win of the season at home to Leicester City. The match finished 2–1. On 27 February 2014, Pigott extended his loan spell with the "Gills" for a further month. On 11 September 2014, Pigott joined Newport County on loan until mid-November 2014 and made his debut against Northampton Town on 13 September 2014. His first two goals for Newport came in the 4–1 win over AFC Wimbledon two weeks later. On 9 January 2015, Pigott was loaned to Southend United, initially for one month. He made his debut a day later against Plymouth Argyle, and scored his first goal for the club the following week in a 3–2 win away at Oxford United. In May 2015 at Wembley, Pigott scored a goal in added-time of extra-time in the 2015 Football League Two play-off Final against Wycombe Wanderers.
